Pelsan Lighting Human Resources Department was present at KOIF 2018

One of the leading producers of Turkish lighting sector, Pelsan Lighting participated at Kocaeli Human Resources and Employment Fair (KOIF 2018) from 05 to 07 April 2018.
This fair, which was the most important Human Resources Employment Fair and Career Days in the region, was organized under the coordination of Kocaeli Governorship, with the collaboration of Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of Labour and Employment Agency, Kocaeli University, Gebze Technical University, Kocaeli Municipality, Kocaeli Chamber of Industry and Kocaeli Chamber of Commerce, to support the “National Mobilization for Employment” program that started in our country in order to provide the coherence and cooperation of all establishments and institutions and in the fight against unemployment and developing social dialogue .

Peysan Lighting was represented by its Human Resources Department which presented detailed information on its PMTP Program (Pelsan Lighting Management Trainee Program).

PMTP is a training program specially developed by Pelsan Lighting for university students and newly graduates. Pelsan which believes that the future will be shaped by the rising generation designed this program to provide employment and training opportunities under the Pelsan light and to prepare the youth for professional life.

Pelsan Aydınlatma, A.Ş., which was founded in Istanbul 37 years ago, is one of the biggest manufacturers in the lighting industry in Turkey with its production, export, and employment figures.
At its facilities with 30.000 m⊃2; indoor space, Pelsan produces 5 million lightening fixtures every year with its 450 employees and exports them to 65 countries.
 
Optical, thermal, mechanical, and electrical designs are performed within Pelsan by the R&D department running with strong engineer staff. Main product groups of Pelsan Aydınlatma, offering venue specific project design and lighting design with holistic  saving approach, are Indoor Luminaries, Outdoor Luminaries, Industrial Luminaries, Lamps, and Components.

Pelsan, who take it as duty to invest in the lightening industry and youth of our country within the scope of social responsibility, donates lightening laboratories to the universities and provides job and training opportunities for students with its PMTP (Pelsan Aydınlatma Management Trainee) Program.

The lightening products are delivered to the customers through the dealer network spread countrywide, chain stores, and TEDAŞ and project channels.
